According to the Hampshire County Registry of Deeds, Qianlong US Boston, the current owner of the Cold Spring Golf Course, has purchased four parcels of land surrounding the new course for $205,000 from Southbridge Saving Bank.

Qianlong US Boston purchased the golf course in 2009 for $2.3 million after Southbridge Savings bank foreclosed on the property after the previous owner defaulted on a $4.2 million mortgage.

The original project included eight single-family homes and 150 condominiums.

Two of the building lots are located on Ludlow Road and two are located on Granby Road. According to the deed recorded on December 1, these two lots were part of the original golf course plan.

It has been previously reported that the golf course will open in June 2011.
